What is Apostle Connect?

Apostle Connect allows you to create and publish a single social media post on company pages and personal profiles of dozens and dozens co-workers. At once. How? Create rich social media posts using our live composer and choose relevant placements like colleagues and company pages. Using our mobile App, co-workers receive professional posts which they can publish on their Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter profile with just one click. Moreover, the mobile App allows co-workers to send you photos and videos you need in the creation of new posts.

Is it really free?

Yes, Apostle Connect is 100% free to use for you and 4 other team members. Give it a try! 

Which social media platforms does Apostle Connect support?

Currently Apostle Connect supports publishing to:

  • Facebook timeline and Facebook stories on either company pages and personal accounts.
  • Instagram timeline and Instagram stories on either company pages and personal accounts.
  • LinkedIn timeline on either company pages and personal accounts
  • Twitter timeline
How many team members can I add?

As many as your subscription allows.

  • Up to 5 users on our free subscription.
  • Up to 20 users on our plus subscription
  • And a, theoretically, unlimited amount on our large teams subscription. 
How is privacy guaranteed?

No personal data is stored unsolicited. Users create a profile and upload content after approval on Apostle’s privacy statement

Getting started

How can I create a workspace?

You can create a workspace via the homepage of apostleconnect.com. You can use Apostle Connect for up to 5 users for free.

How can I invite teammembers?

Once logged in, go to the top right of your team via the gear icon. Here you choose ‘invite people’. You can invite people by pasting or typing email addresses. Optionally you can customize the invitation text.

Which social media platforms are supported?

Currently Apostle Connect supports publishing to:

  • Facebook timeline and Facebook stories on either company pages and personal accounts.
  • Instagram timeline and Instagram stories on either company pages and personal accounts.
  • LinkedIn timeline on either company pages and personal accounts
  • Twitter timeline
What is the maximum user capacity for each workspace?

The sky is the limit! Theoretically, you can add as many users as you wish.

What is the maximum upload size for photo's, video's and other media?

Photo: You can upload a maximum of 3 photos per post up to 5MB per picture.
Video: You can upload a maximum of 1 video per post up to 500mb.

The following file formats are suported:
Photo: .png, .jpg
Video: .mp4, .mov

Can I add company pages?

Most definitely, you can add as many Facebook and LinkedIn company pages as you like. In order to add a company page, you must have administrator rights to this page. To add a company page, log in to your workspace and navigate to your team settings. From there press the button ‘pages’ to add company pages. 

Content creation

Can I schedule videos?

Yes, scheduling videos is supported. However, the behavior of each social media platform when posting video’s can be different. Native video sharing is supported by Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. LinkedIn does not support 3rd party native video sharing to their platform. When sharing a video to LinkedIn the video will be hosted on our servers for your convenience!

How can I see the submitted content?

Can I edit photos in the composer?

Yes. You are able to crop photos.

Company management / Account settings

How do I log in via a browser?

You can login via yourdomain.apostleconnect.com, or via app.apostleconnect.com.

Can I change the name of my workspace?

No. You cannot change the name of your workspace. Choose wisely!

How can I change the role of a team member?

Where can I download the app?

What does the timeline consist of?

The timeline shows various sorts of content, namely:
1. Posts suggested for you
2. Posts sent by you
3. Posts shared by you and other team members
4. Posts sent by other team members (off by default) You can set your own timeline filters from within the app.

Can I filter content on my timeline?

Yes, you can filter what your timeline will show. To change filters open the menu in your app (upper left corner) and choose ‘filters’. There are three filter options available:
1. Sent: published messages by you and other users.
2. My content: Posts shared by you
3. Team content: Posts shared by your team members (off by default)

How do I set up a notification?

Can I set up a notification for several people?

A notification within Apostle Connect can be set for both 1 and more people. Select the ‘Plan for:’ option for the desired persons by selecting them.

How can I change / delete an announcement?

You can change a notification by clicking on the pen at the top right of the notification. You can delete it by clicking on the cross.

Can I change my notification preferences?

Notifications can either be left on or turned off completely. At this moment, we do not support custom notification preferences.

Is my company's data stored safely?

All data sent from and to Apostle Connect is encrypted and safely stored. For more information please do read our privacy policy or GDPR Compliance.
